Building Insurance

When something goes wrong you need someone to respond fast. Whether it be something very basic such as a door closer not working to a nasty issue such as a leak into your property, you want someone to attend and resolve the matter.

During office hours, we have a dedicated maintenance co-ordinator will handle these issues when reported or picked up on by the property manager to ensure they are addressed in a swift manner however as we all know, disasters usually occur out of hours and at the most inconvenient times.

We pride ourselves in taking this seriously and if something happens outside of office hours and you need our assistance, a member of staff from our office will be on hand to assist. Unlike other companies, we don’t use call centres, but rather one of our team will pick up the issue and deal with it to ensure you have the best possible response in your time of need.

REACTIVE MAINTENANCE

GENERAL MAINTENANCE

When we take over a management, we ensure all the necessary contracts are in place, from the general cleaning and gardening to the pest control, lift and fire detection system .

The day to day management is of utmost importance to us as first impressions count and when people visit the sites we manage we want them to be impressed with the high standard that we expect from all our contractors to ensure your property is one that you can be proud of.

PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE

We have a pro-active stance when it comes to management as a planned course of action ensures there are less reactive maintenance calls at a property.

We ensure all pumps, fire systems, lifts and the general mechanical equipment on site is on a preventative maintenance contract to ensure that the services are properly maintained to minimise the faults that can occur.

In estates/properties where there is a known issue such as rodents, we are pro-active to ensure that a general pest control contract is instructed so we can bait a property where appropriate and ensure the issue is maintained.

Building Insurance

With over £1,000,000,000 of assets under management we know buildings insurance!

Using an independent insurance broker, we ensure the cover placed is both competitive but also worth the paper its written on. Many policies sold allow insurers to “wriggle out of a claim” however we work together with insurers to ensure the policy you have will be worth the paper its written on and if a claim should arise, the insurer will honour the policy in full.

If you are in the unfortunate position where you have to make a claim, we have a dedicated claims handler who will be allocated to your claim who will be able to assist you throughout the claim process to ensure a swift pay out by insurers and allow your property to be returned to the condition it was in immediately prior to the claim.
