Formed in 2004, Moreland Estate Management are a specialist firm of Managing Agents, managing blocks and estates of residential flats together with mixed use schemes throughout the United Kingdom acting for Freeholders/Landlords, Resident Management Companies and Right to Manage Companies.

We hold an extensive list of Approved Contractors which ensures any maintenance / repairs are completed efficiently and competitively. We currently collect in excess of 10,000 individual ground rents and manage in excess of 5,000 units throughout the country on behalf of our clients.
No project is too small or big for us to oversee, whether it be the change of a front door lock or a lift replacement in a block of flats we have done it all and are happy to hold your hand through the process to ensure you are looked after throughout.
